The Stone Arch Bridge curves across the Mississippi below St. Anthony Falls, the old flour mills along the river have become lofts, a theater and a museum, and Minnehaha Falls drops 53 feet in a city park ten minutes from downtown. In winter the lakes freeze solid, people skate on them, and the city keeps biking anyway.
