Lake Tahoe is twenty-two miles long, twelve miles wide and so clear you can see a dinner plate seventy feet down. Locals call it Big Blue. Emerald Bay curls around Fannette Island on the West Shore, Sand Harbor stacks granite boulders along the Nevada side, and Mount Tallac watches over the South Shore with its snow cross lasting into June. Summer means Kings Beach, kayaks and the Truckee River; winter means chains on Highway 50 and first tracks on a storm day. The Tahoe Rim Trail ties the whole basin together in 165 miles.

Our Lake Tahoe collection is built for both halves of the year. The crewneck sweatshirt carries a lake-and-peaks badge in deep Tahoe blue and granite grey with an 1844 line for the year the lake was first mapped, cut heavy for a 6,225-foot evening. The tee is a lighter take, a clean Lake Tahoe arc with a single pine for a beach day at Pope or Kiva. The mug and sticker carry the same drawing, so the set works in a cabin or on a water bottle.

Everything is original art, printed to order in the USA. It is for North Shore and South Shore alike, for the people who moved up for one ski season and stayed, and for everyone who flies home and still sees that blue when they close their eyes.

Why we love Lake Tahoe

  • ✦Emerald Bay and Fannette Island look like a postcard from every angle
  • ✦You can ski in the morning and paddle the lake by afternoon in spring
  • ✦Sand Harbor's granite boulders and clear water rival the Caribbean
  • ✦The Tahoe Rim Trail circles the whole basin in 165 miles

Best time to go: July and August for beach days and warm-enough water; January through March for storm cycles and deep snow; late spring for skiing in the morning and paddling by afternoon.

Lake Tahoe apparel FAQ

Are these Tahoe designs official or resort-affiliated?+

No. Every design is original artwork by independent designers. We are not connected to any ski resort, casino, the City of South Lake Tahoe or any Tahoe conservation group.

Is the Lake Tahoe hoodie warm enough for winter?+

It is a midweight fleece that works as an everyday layer at altitude. For a storm day you will want a shell over it. Fabric weights are listed on each product page.

How long does shipping take to Tahoe?+

Orders print in 2 to 5 business days and arrive 3 to 6 business days after shipping, including South Lake Tahoe, Tahoe City and Truckee addresses. Tracking is emailed when it ships.
